About The Event
On October 13, we will be hosting our boat building competition in our SoMa Woodshop. Anyone who is interested in watching the competition is welcome to come to this event. We will have breakfast pastries and coffee for participants and attendees of the event.
The event will begin at 10:30 AM with official activities starting at 11:00 AM.
The structure of the event will be most similar to a dog show, if that makes any sense. We will have 3-4 judges (Matthew, Paige, and a guest judge) and each boat will be evaluated in 2 categories: Design and Strength. We have many different trophies to award to participants and it should be a fun event.
