Lincoln Mayne-Artist Talk

Lincoln Mayne is an Australian-born artist, living and working between New York and Los Angeles. Trained in sculpture at Claremont School of Arts, Western Australia. He has worked as an artist for over 30 years. Working in many mediums and creative environments before focusing on ceramics, where his fascination lies in how it effortlessly endures with its chameleon qualities. He is fascinated by the way we communicate through objects. He approaches creativity and clay with a sense of wonder and mastery and has a natural desire to share what he has learned.
