Soda Firing Workshop in San Gregorio

Join our high fire soda kiln workshop in partnership with Clay Creation Studio for a hands-on experience like no other. This workshop includes kiln space, wadding, slips, oxides, glazes, and high fire clay. Explore soda firing's transformative effects with expert guidance. Sunday April 7th, 9AM-3PM: Lecture, bisqueware decoration, and kiln loading

Sunday April 14th, 11 AM-TBD: Kiln unload and share results 

Participant requirements:

-Bring enough bisque pieces to fill 1 cubic foot or 1,728 inches of space. They must be in cone 10 clay. Each participant will recieve a bag. 

-All pieces for this must be CONE 10 clay. This is so important, as lower fire clay will cause expensive damage to the kiln and other's pottery.

-You must have your own transportation to and from the site.
